Toyota Repair: 1999 Toyota Corolla CE, dashboard lights, toyota corolla

The Left inside door handle broke this morning when I was tryiing to get out of my car.  I am interested in knowing how to remove the door handle and what tools are needed.  Also the dashboard lights are fading on the right hand side, is that controlled by a fuse that can be replaced? Thank you,

The lights should be changed.
You have to open the door. Take off all the interior trim & the metal tamper protection plate. Then you can remove the handle / lock assembly.
