Toyota Repair: Dashboard removal, coffee on the dashboard, 2006 toyota tacoma

Question
I just bought a used 2006 Toyota Tacoma and all the buttons on the dashboard stick. From what I can tell it looks like the previous owner spilled soda or coffee on the dashboard. How do I remove the dashboard to clean it or is there a better way to fix the problem?

No that's what you do. You've just learned the #1 cause of electrical, and mechanical failures inside the cab of a vehicle. :) Sugar from drink splills. ;)

If you can't get your hands on the 2006 repair manual. I don't know of one online. If you can't find one, you can download it from techinfo.toyota.com
