Toyota Repair: Cost for Flushing Transmission, filter replacement, transmission fluid

I have a 1986 Avalon XLS with around 55K miles. My dealer described my transmission fluid as very dirty and recommends a complete flush of the transmission at a cost of $172. I don't know if that includes a filter replacement. Is that reasonable and in the ballpark?

The filter is a metal screen, no need to change it.
You can usally get a "trans flush" for between 129-175$.

Make sure its the type that interupts the flow to the radiator.
It hooks up like a Dialasis Machine, for lack of a better example.
