Toyota Repair: efi, side fender, o2 sensor

i have a 94 pickup 4 cylinder 4 speed that keeps blowing efi fuse located on passenger side fender. its a 15 watt fuse. checked fuel pump its not grounded...any ideas?

The EFI fuse also has a few other circuits on it, one of them is the O2 sensor wiring circuit, check the O2 sensor wiring underneath the truck, check the connectors for corrosion or corroded wires that may be shorted out, in any case it's a wiring problem, if you have a wiring diagram you can see what system circuits are involved with the EFI fuse.
