Toyota Repair: What Is Most Important at 62k?, temp gauge, engine oil

I love my toyota! Can you tell me what I should have checked out at mileage 62k? My Tacomma is almost paid off and I want another 5 years with no car payment! Thank you Mr.expert Jason...

You didnt tell me what engine or what year.
Anyway, change all the fluids.
Coolant Trans diffs and engine oil.
Toyotas last along time if you do 2 things primarily.

1) Change the oil EVERY 3-5 K miles.

2) If it ever runs hot for some reason,, SHUT IT OFF
Fix whatever the problem is, but dont continue to drive it if its more than 3/4 on the temp gauge.
