Toyota Repair: Avalon 2000 VSC off light, auto parts stores, vsc

I have the malfunction and VSC and VSC off lights,
presumably due to using for a short time a wrong fuel cup. Now, I replaced the cup. How long does the computer remember the problem after the cause is eliminated?

Could take a while.
The VSC light is on as a precation because the
Check engine light is on.

Have the Dealer or shop check the codes and reset.

Auto parts stores can scan and clear codes, usually for free. They do that hoping youll by parts there.

Disconnecting the battery for 10 min may do the trick.
