Toyota Repair: Toyota heater switch, blower motor resistor, air ducting

Question
I have a 89 Toyota pick-up the heater only works on Hi, by this I mean the fan. I can hear the solenoid click when I go from off to low but no fan. Where should I start? Thank You.

The problem is the heater blower motor resistor which provides the different fan speeds, it's located under the glove box in the heater air ducting, it would be a good idea to purchase a new one from the dealer so you will know what it looks like so you can identify it and replace it.
