as above. Have one remote that works (or it used to). This old lady would sure like to use this new fangled device again. Thanks! What a great site.

Toyota used several different keyless entry systems, some of them were factory installed and some were port or dealer installed so there are about 3 different possible program procedures for the remote.
I would need to know what the remote looks like, the best way would be to take a digital photo and email it to me that way I can match it up and give you the instructions.
