Toyota Repair: 94 Toyota Tercel, toyota tercel, fuse blows

Question
As soon as you turn the key on the AM2 fuse blows.
I have disconnected the ignition switch and the black with a red stripe wire still is grounded between under hood fuse box and the switch, Can you please help it's my mother in laws car.

The wire must be shorted directly to ground to make the fuse blow, disconnect the igniter connector and the coil connector and see if the fuse still blows when turning the switch on, if so you need to check for a short circuit to ground in the wiring.
