Toyota Repair: power steering pump/right signal flasher, power steering pump, signal flasher

Good Morning Ted.
1993 toyota pickup 4x4 extra cab deluxe.
My power steering pump occasionally drips.  i can't tell if it comes from the pump or hose.  it seemed to stop when i added fluid.  do i need to be concerned about this, and would you recommend a stop leak if it happens again.  
My right turn signal seems to all of a sudden flash very fast compared to the left one.  all else seems fine.  should i replace something?

I assume this is a V-6 engine, power steering pump leaks are common and the pump can be resealed.
The reason one of the turn signals is flashing faster is that there is a bulb either front or rear that is burned out, replace the bulb that is burned on the right side.
