Toyota Repair: door handle, toyota dealer, camry

My door handle doesn't work from the outside.  How do I fix it?  1999 Camry LE.  Thank you.  Sarah

Most of the time this happens because the attaching clip from the door lock control rod that connects to the door handle is broken and the rod fell off.
The inner door panel has to be removed and a new clip attached to the door handle and the control rod reattached.
You can get the new clip from the toyota dealer.
