Toyota Repair: throttle cable slack, celica gt, throttle cable

my 1997 celica gt throttle has slack. i do not know where to tighten it up. i looked under the gas pedal but don't see an adjustment there or something movable the cable to adjust and i can not find anything under the hood to make an adjustment.

It's adjustable at the throttle body, there is a bracket  that holds the cable and the end is threaded, there are two nuts, loosen them  and move the cable until the slack is gone. If it's an automatic there is also a throttle pressure cable, make sure you don't adjust the wrong one.
