I have a 1993 toyota half ton pickup truck only has 53000 miles.   I was driving and it died, I replace the fuel pump and filter and the bracket the truck will turn over but will not start or fire any help would be greatly appreciated thank you

I need a little bit more information, is it a V-6 or 4cylinder?
Check to see if there is spark to the spark plugs, let me know. Yes it has spark to the spark plugs and it is a V-6

Check the fuel pressure, there should be at least 35psi when cranking the engine, I know the fuel pump was replaced but there are a couple of relays that can cause the fuel pump not to work, one is the EFI main relay and the other the circuit opening relay.
