Toyota Repair: Adjust tension on drivers seat belt, silicon spray, toyota avalon

I have a Model 2000 Toyota Avalon and I would like to change the tension on my driver's side seat belt.  I have trouble making my belt retract when I get out of my car.  My dealer ship says there is no adjustment to be made. Is this correct?

Yes that is correct, the saet belt assembly needs to be replaced. If it's not hanging up too bad you can try to lubricate the belt with some dry silicon spray.
What is the mileage of the car because seat belts are covered under the factory warranty for 6yrs/60,000 miles.
