Toyota Repair: all dashlights will come on when driving, 1990 toyota camry, defective alternator

i have a 1990 toyota camry and when i'm driving the dash lights will all come on intermittantly  especally when i come to a stop  i thought it would be a alternator but i replace the alternator with a good rebuilt and it still  have the same problem

my 2nd question this same vehicle has no taillights i checked everything i'm  stumped

Check the alternator output anyway, it's possible that you got a defective alternator, the tailight problem is unrelated, there is a tailight failure relay in the trunk on the left side behind the carpet, this may be the cause.
