Tractor Repair: ih 806 hyd and pto not working, drive shaft, hyd

hyd and pto quit working i change the filter but it did not fix the problem, the oil looks good.no power steering either.can you help ? thanks

  If everything quit at the same time, steering, all hydraulics, and pto, then the shaft that drives the pumps and pto is not turning.  The shaft is splined into the pressure plate of the main clutch.  The splines wear thin and strip out or sometimes the rivets shear off that hold the splined hub onto the pressure plate.  The tractor will have to be split and the clutch and drive shaft will have to be replaced.
