How do you adjust the brakes on a 9N Ford Tractor

Answer
  There is an adjuster on the brake backing plate that can be turned to move the brake shoes out closer to the drum.  Jack up the tractor so the rear wheels are off the ground and turn the adjuster while turning the wheel.  Adjust them until the brakes just start to drag a little, then back off slightly until the wheel turns freely again.
