Tractor Repair: can you help me with this, diesel trucks, optimum output

hi  iv been trying to ask this question for over a week now  ok    i have a international diesel 766 tractor and i want to know how to turn up the fuel pump on it so can you please help me    thanks

If you are trying to turn up the fuel pump to increase hp output you can't
These pump are highly calibrated to run at optimum output.
They aren't like the new diesel trucks where you can bump up the fuel a little bit.
If you change the fuel delivery or timing it will smoke or not run right.
