Tractor Repair: farmall h tracktor ?, farmall h, needle valve

i have a farmall H tracktor, i cleaned carburetor on it but every time i go start it..gas runs out of tube were air cleaner  hose goes..the flot is good and not stuck..what is causen this , plz help

  Even though you cleaned the carburetor, the needle valve and seat should be replaced and new gaskets installed.  With the carburetor upside down, the float should be parallel with the edge of the casting.  If not, bend it until it is.  Make sure the fuel supply is clean.
