Tractor Repair: 1973 2000 ford tractor, vacuum leak, ford tractor

Tractor spits and pops runs a little better choke pulled out a little put in new points set time checked plug wires gas flow from tank ok no water or trash in bowel.put in a bottle of sea foam run worse pops fire comes out the exaust, what too do next.thanks Ron in Tenn/

  If it runs better with the choke pulled out, it definitely is running too lean.  Could be a carburetor problem or a vacuum leak.  Check all the manifold bolts and retighten if necessary, and make sure the carburetor is clean inside and adjusted properly.  When you put in new points, I hope you changed the condenser also.
