Tractor Repair: ceased diesel engine, diesel engine, penetrating oil

does anyone know how to free up a ceased diesel engine? 611 Belarus farm tractor

Hello,

  What happened to it?  Is it just stuck from not being used for many years, or did it lock up while running?  If it's just stuck, remove the injectors and fill the cylinders with penetrating oil and leave it soak for a couple of weeks.  If it locked up while it was running, the engine will need to be rebuilt or replaced.
