Tractor Repair: Hydraulic problem, hydraulic problem, hydraulic filter

I have a International 574 tractor.  I hooked on a disk mower to cut some hay.  I lifted the mower up and all the hydraulics stopped working.  I could not let the mower down or raise it up.  The front end loader would not move.  What do I need to do to find the problem?

Hello,

  First check that one of the hose couplers didn't pop out a little when it raised to the top.  If everything is OK there, the hydraulic pump should be flowtested to make sure it's working correctly.  Also, there is a relief valve in the multiple control valve by the hydraulic filter, and it could be stuck open.
