Triumph Repair: TR6 stop light switch, light switch, hard case

I drive a  1975 TR6, which stop light switch you recommend, the plastic or metal hard case? thanks

I have used both and can't say that either one is better. I try to only buy parts from someone I deal a lot with so I can trust that if something fails I can be more sure it will be replaced.

I do hate to see manufactures go to plastic switches from metal ones but sometimes that is all you can get. You have to treat the plastic ones with a little more care mounting it.
