Triumph Repair: Putting a J drive OD in a 1969 TR6, factory wiring harness, drive od

I have installed a J Drive OD Trans in my 69 TR6. It has a new Roadster factory wiring Harness. Is there anything I need to do to make it work properly

Not sure what you mean.  Is the unit fully installed with driveshaft connected?  Did you hook up a switch for controlling the overdrive?  Did you remember to fill the transmission/overdrive with the proper oil?

If so, you should be good to go.
