Triumph Repair: TR3 timing & advance curves, advance curves, bentley manuals

Where can I find advance curves for 1959 TR3?  Distributor has both centrifugal and vacuum advance mechanisms.  All I can find is that initial should be 4 BTDC.

I'm a big fan of the Bentley manuals as being good resources for technical and repair work as they're based off the factory workshop manual.

There is a book for the TR2/TR3, it can be ordered at:

I haven't had to do much with the side curtain cars.
