hi my question is i have an xk8 1996 auto and was wondering where the gearbox fil and level piont is thank you

Answer
It is the same plug, found on the right rear corner of the case above the sump.  The process is difficult as you have to fill it up till it drips out then run the engine at idle till warm, move through the gears and then with the engine idling recheck and top up the level again.
