UK Car Repair: 2000 s-Type Jaguar, s type jaguar, radiator coolant

Hi, my husband is currently uncontactable overseas and our Jag is shuddering under acceleration esp. uphill. A light ondash is flashing - looks like old box camera/or plane with propeller. As we are also moving our manual is already packed & I don't know what the problem is.  Does anyone know what it is?

THE SHUDDER/LACK OF POWER COULD BE A BLOCKED FUEL FILTER. IT SOUNDS LIKE THE LIGHT IS THE RADIATOR COOLANT LEVEL, REGARDLESS, I WOULD SUGGEST YOU TAKE IT TO A COMPETENT MECHANIC TO HAVE IT CHECKED. IF YOU DECIDE TO CHECK THE COOLANT LEVEL DO SO WHEN THE CAR IS COLD!
