UK Car Repair: Daewoo nubira 2002 1.6se, daewoo nubira, no screws

Question
How can I release the drivers door it has jammed shut neither the unlock button nor the internal door release will open. The central locking wont open it.I cannot get the internal panel off as no screws are visible.

This is a difficult problem. It may just be jammed on something.  Often, in these situations, I would have someone hold the door handle in the release position then, lying across the seats, use both feet (clean) to jar it open with a good sharp kick!!! This is presuming the release handles actually do move, do they?
