UK Car Repair: berlingo, key lock, different systems

I cant get my berlingo 2 start every time i put the ignition code in and try to start it nothing happens no sound or anything it all but all electric lights are working apart from radio and ignition ! have tried all fuses and they seem fine

What is a Berlingo?  Is this an add on security system that has an ignition cut out?  Regardless, it seems like the power supply has been disconnected by the security system, you have to find a way to clear it, different systems have set procedures to override or reset the security.  Try starting with the door key, lock; hold; then, unlock;   hold;   and try again with the code, let me know!
