Question
can anyone tell me why my car can't start/won't start when
it rains heavily or is misty or just downright cold? Is this something I can get fixed or just keep going with the Easystart stuff?

Answer
Usually this type of symptom is related to moisture in the ignition system, particularly in the distributor. Some caps have a rubber shield which helps prevent this.  When it happens remove the cap and check. In "the old days" we would sometimes have to take the cap off and warm it up in the oven, NOT HOT, WARM.
