UK Car Repair: power window not going down, celica gt 4, toyota celica gt

dear  sir i live in a tropical region and i owned
a toyota celica gt-4 turbo st-205 1994 model recently i just find that  the window on the left is giving me trouble to go down  so please tell me what is the cause of that.
and what can i do

Bad Regulator, binding track, bulged seals, dying motor, bad switch, broken wires...

Any of which can cause this.

Without seeing the vehicle it is impossible to identify any one item as the problem.
I suggest you have a shop look at it and get them to diagnose the problem further. I do not imagine it will be all that expensive a repair.
