UK Car Repair: VW Doors, proper tools, windy day

I have a 1996 VW Golf, i opened the door on a windy day and it overextended, it now no longer fits properly when closed, it seems to be sagging down by about a centimeter at the top when closed, is there anyway to tighten this up?

Not without taking it to a body shop. Body shops can typically Wonder Bar a door back in place for under $100.
You actually bent the henge and it is now in need of being bent back into place. This is best left to a body shop with the proper tools.
