Volkswagen Repair: 95 VW Jetta CSX - smoke?, coolant lines, vw jetta

Question
After 20 min of driving, white smoke starts coming up through
the vents of the car. There is nothing on fire & no oil burning.
Do you know what the problem could be? Possibly the gearbox?

Kris, thank you for your question.  This problem sounds like there is a leak in the coolant of the engine.  The coolant lines run into the passenger compartment to provide heat to the heater.  It would be best to have the heater/AC unit inside the car checked out.
