CAR HAS ACCELERATION WHEN FUEL ACTUATOR IS DISCONNECTED BUT NO ACCELERATION WHEN CONNECTED BUT ITS ONLY RUUNING AT IDLE WHEN ACTUATOR IS CONNECTED

Myself, I don't know what the actuator does, but if it works better without, who am I to say put the govenor on.?  You might want to direct this observation that you have with your car to another website that has OWNERS of vw's in it and maybe someone can relate as to what they did.  Website has a chat room too,  it is www.vwvortex.com   LoL
