Volvo Repair: motor mounts, volvo s90, screw hook

Question
1997 Volvo S90. Is replacing the motor mounts something I can do at home. I
have above average mechanical skills. Will it require special lifts or tools?

   If you have an engine holding fixture, that's all you need. it goes across the engine bay and has a screw hook to support the engine. A small cherry picker works also. Sometimes you can use a block of wood on a floor jack too. Be carefull of that aluminum oil pan.
