QUESTION: My key reminder beep stays on with the key in it and while driving,I have tried to remove the fuse but that does not work,is there a way i can dissconnect the beeper? Please help

ANSWER: Jason, Replace fuse number 5.  Im assuming you have a 940 wagon.  If not, remove the ashtray assembly and look for the big blue relay.  Roger

QUESTION: Hello,I have tried to replace fuse 5 ,i do have the 940 Wagon,and that does not work.In fact i blew 3 fuses trying to get a fuse in slot 5.I know that the chime is under the dash,can you tell me exactly where the chime is and what it looks like? I am nervous about messing with it unless i have more specifics thanks

Jason, its not under the dash. Remove the cigarette ligher and there is a little cover there.  Under that there are 2 screws.  Remove that and that panel come out.  Now you have a clear view of the relays.  The blue one is the chime relay.  If you keep blowing fuses then you are having an issue with the dome light assembly.
