ANSWER: Karl cycle the mode switch several times while running, not moving, and see if it clears up. They get really dirty because of location. May need replacement, but I would have it scanned first before replacing.

QUESTION: dont know what cycle modde is? we jacked the front end up yesterday when the car is in neutral you can turn the wheel clockwise but not anticlockwise ?????????? help please thank you. karl
Answer Karl, by cycle, I meant to push and relaese the switch several times with the vehicle running. Possible dirty or gooey switch contacts. It is probably not that simple, but sometimes the switches do go bad and then it's a relatively cheap fix.
Now by wheel, you mean tire, not steering, correct? That is a bad sign if true. When you rotate the tire, does the opposite side wheel turn in the opposite direction?
