Volvo Repair: 240 heater core, interior pieces, heater core

Greetings,

Need source of info or your description of sequence and steps to remove the interior pieces to remove & replace the leaking heater core on a '91 240 station wagon.  I was going to remove the front seats to see if I can make them go 'back' further & for ease of this repair.

Joe, Its not exactly fun.  For me, I like to take the dash out but its not necessary.  You can do most of it through the center dash and passenger side.  I take the whole case out.  There is no source except a factory manual.  We can go further once you get started on removing the passenger duct work and removing the hoses.  It will make a mess if you dont completely get all the coolant out.
