Volvo Repair: AM interference, radio chassis, antenna base

I have a 2004 Venture and now when I apply the ABS brakes I get interference on the AM stations..

 Jerry, I thought I was the only primate that still listened to talk radio etc. VBG
  Seriously though. It has to be a ground problem between the antenna and the radio. A simple fix would be to run a wire from the antenna base to the radio chassis. O'wise check the integrity of the mounting of the antenna base. That is your ground. Be sure it is clean and rust free and tight. Then check the radio mounting. If it's loose and moving around, you need to correct it or run a physical wire from the chassis to a solid ground.HTH
