QUESTION: Turn signals stopped working, emergency flashers work, fuse is ok, could it be the relay if so where is it located.

ANSWER: Bill, did you check the fuses?  Relay is connected to the flasher unit.  It may be the bulb failure unit or the stalk itself.  I have seen that happen before. Roger

QUESTION: Roger thanks for your response. i did check the fuse #11 on my Volvo and the fuse looks to be ok. I am having a hard time finding the relay could you tell me where it might be I tried behind the ashtray.

Would you suggest replacing the flasher rely or is there a way that I can test to see which of your suggestions is causing the problem.

Roger my fuel gauge always shows empty this accorded about a month after i had the fuel pump replace any suggestions regarding this problem.

Bill, should be the black one towards the right.  If its stuck, tapping it sometimes gets it going again.  As far as the fuel gauge.  Start the car and tap the glass at the fuel gauge.  If it works, then this is a common issue with the 700 series.  If that doesnt work then I would say that the in tank sender is having an issue.  Roger
