Volvo Repair: 1990 740gl volvo will not start, fuel pressure regulator, injector pulse

I forgot to start at the being,sorry 1990 740gl volvo Will not start,good spark,gas to spark pugs,fuel injector fine,cap rotor fine,camshalt position senor fine,fuel pressure regulator fine,Please tell me what I"m missing. Thank you

Will, check to see if fuel pump system relay is clicking.  Its behind the ashtray assembly.  White relay on the left. Turn the car over and put your hand on the relay. If you hear the pump running but there is no injector pulse, then the car will not run.
