Volvo Repair: 1995 960 Station Wagon cargo cover loose, eight inches, quick fixes

How to get the roller mechanism tighter..the cover sags and I can't find the 'sweet spot' to keep it taught. Also, is there a quick fix for the headlight covers, made of glass and one is cracked about eight inches.

Dick, there is a kit that you can buy for the tail gate cover.  Its a little metal clip kit that goes over the holes.  As far as the glass, no quick fixes here.  You can buy just the glass to repair it.  Roger
