no spark at plug  what should the voltage be at the coil?

You should check other basics first before asking about voltage at the coil.  Do you have oscillation at the coil?  Whats the cap and rotor condition?  Is the timing belt broken?  This is the kind of stuff to check first.  check to see if there is spark at the coil.  check power at coil. Roger
