Volvo Repair: V70T startup, starter problem, computer machine

I have a 2002 v70t with 90k miles. Sometimes takes a few tries to start up. It always starts to crank, just sometimes it decides not to turn over all the way. Starter problem? I just had a "90k diagnostic" and they didn't say anything about it.

Matt, should have been a 90k service not diagnostic.  They wont say anything to you about it unless you tell them the problem.  You may be dealing with a fuel delivery issue but, they would need to put it on the Volvo computer machine to see whats going on.  Roger
