Hello, And thanks in advance for any help you might be able to provide. Recently I had assistance replacing the radiator in my 1997 965 wagon. Now it really over heats when I turn the A/C on. As in "it pegs on the red line" of temp gauge. The helper told me he would come around and put in a new thermostat, if I got it. I did. He's not answered my calls since. Question! Can you please tell me how to install the new thermostat? I'm, well at least back in the day ( late 60's ) fairly handy with basic wrenches and such, so I'll try, w/your assistance, to replace the thermostat.Thanks for helping, Regards, Stonie

it is easy just follow the upper hose on radiator going to engine and you will see  it goes to like elbow  just remove screw and from housing and you will see thermostat under it  install same way just don't tight bolts to much use original Volvo thermostat only
