Had I known the pita this car would be, I never would have gotten it; however, alas, I did not.  That said, where might I find a repair manual SPECIFICALLY for this car?  My ex-hubby can work on these things with his eyes close but is getting sick of my questions so I believe it is time to learn for myself.  I appreciate any help you may be able to give me.  I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.

Jennifer, I beg to differ on his abilities to work on this engine with his eyes closed.   You are correct to say that its a PITA.  Its one of the worse Ideas Volvo has ever invented.  You and maybe a handful of people still have these things.  Normally when a belt blows or whatever, people want us to put 8 valve 4 cylinders in them, instead of the contunued headaches of these cars.  The only Specific manual is only available from the Dealers parts department.  Roger
