Volvo Repair: Volvo Ignition Key Stuck, volvo dealer, gear shift

I have a 98 S70 sedan (non-turbo).  The ignition key cannot be removed from the ignition lock, even though the tranny is in PARK.  It goes down to the 1 position, but not down to zero.  Is there a relay somewhere that can do this?  Thank you.

make sure you gearshift knob button is all the way out  if is not use small screwdriver pray it than try to remove your key if it comes out you will need new gear shift  knob also try  the over ride button on gearshift  small button make sure is not stuck in down position if it is pray that out also that are  the things that you can try your self  if it don't work you have to go to Volvo dealer
