Volvo Repair: Volvo price seems too good to be true!, volvo s60, premium sound
QuestionHello,
I'm currently on the market to buy a car. I've come across a 2002 Volvo S60 2.4T, 59,000 miles for $11,900. It's "fully loaded" power everything, sun/moonroof, premium sound, leather interior, tinted glass, etc. The condition looks great. The price seems amazing, so it worries me a bit that something may be wrong. I looked at Carfax...had one owner, no accidents or major repairs. It is being sold by a small dealer who is offering no guarantees or warantees. Any advice?
Thanks!
AnswerSandy, Thats actually not a bad price for it but Sometimes carfax might be wrong or the small dealer just wants to move his inventory. Its is a great car but I would have a Volvo shop look at it for you to see if there are any obvious issues with the car. Things that determine buying this car, If the A/C evaporator has been done or is leaking, abs control units, brake issues. Other than that, steal it from him. Roger
