How do I remove the radio face to unjam CD player? (2 & 5 year old!!)

Dean, its called remove the radio and send it off to be repaired.  You can remove the radio by pushing in the 2 side pulls and remove the radio.  Once you do that, study the radio and see if you want to mess with it.  The face doesnt come off easily.  I would take it to a shop for repair. Roger
