Volvo Repair: high beams wont work @ no brake lights, check fuse, bulb failure

yes i have a 1988 240 gle try to click high-b on and lights go out ,also no brake lights when pressed . thank you very much, chris

Chris.  Check your bulbs and check the highbeam bulbs.  If there are good then its the relay.  The brake lights can be a few things.  First check fuse.  Check power at the brake  switch.  Lastly its the bulb failure relay.  Round red realy under steering wheel area.  Roger
